MINERVA is a Belgian PR agency established at the beginning of 1998 and specialised in the management
and execution of communication and dissemination activities within European research related
projects for the EU Programmes. MINERVA can give a valuable support to research partners in
a consortium, executing all dissemination and communication activities and raising awareness to target
stakeholders and the public at large.
MINERVA has been involved and active in FP projects producing all sort of information tools to support
the research results achieved and make the communication valuable, effective and appropriate
for the target groups. Among the material produced some examples are: websites, logos, leaflets,
newsletters, best practices booklets, online and paper based, audiovisual material and interactive
presentations, web streamed conferences, social media tools, training modules to facilitate application
of the results and further development and implementation.
Besides the writing of communication and dissemination activities, MINERVA has a large expertise and familiarity in EU project management, with the EU administrative, reporting and accounting procedures.

♦ Communication and dissemination work package leader (drafting and preparing the WP Communication
and dissemination;
♦ Preparation and implementation of the dissemination plan;
♦ Set-up of main communication and dissemination tools to increase the visibility of the project
to the scientific community, to targeted industries and to the public at large;
