The teams contribution to business development of tourism in Asturias, in its commitment to a sustainable tourism model based on the analysis of educational needs of the sector, and develop customized profiles.
Examples of experience in recent years, as well as training, collect the following:
Design and Setting Gastronomic Asturias Tourist Routes within the Competitiveness Plan Gastronomic Tourism in Asturias (2010/2011)
Develop process map and Procedures Manual Ruralia Group (Marketing and rural tourism) (2011)
First Course on good practices in eco-efficiency and environmental management in the association of Hotels Colombia Hotels (COTELCO). (2010)
Analysis of the influence of the development of wind farms on tourism in the West Asturian (2010)
Diagnostic Analysis and Strategic Supply Gozón Tourist (2009)
Differential analysis of the professional profiles and related tourist activities in vocational training and university.
 Research Activities

 International and national projects beyond EU Framework Programme
Currently pending approval of international projects:
Develop the tourism sector, including the strengthening of the regional identity of the border region as a tourist destination.
National Project:
Creating a Rating Scale of basic learning skills. for La Salle schools in Spain and Portugal. Currently in the final phase of the project. In this proyect, acting as coordinator.This is an innovation project and development centers in La Salle.
Another work currently taking place in the team is developing a program for detection and assessment of gifted students at an early age. The problem of different interpretations (Partner).This project started in its first phase has already published the first data in: http:/webs.uvigo.es/reined.
Analysis of the profiles and their relation to training received in the tourism sector. It seeks to establish a map of the training is done and its correspondence with the industry demand (This project has been submitted to the Government of the Principado of Asturias and is under development and financing.
