BSc in History and Archaeology (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece), MSc in Archaeological
Science, Archaeological Computing (University of Southampton, UK), Diploma in Open and Distance
Learning (Hellenic Open University, Patras, Greece), MA in Museology and PhD (Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki, Greece, part of the PhD was funded by the Marie Curie for the Transfer of Knowledge in
the framework of the ARCO project in the Graduate Centre του School of Science and Technology
(Centre of VLSI and Computer Graphics, University of Sussex, UK). Past position: Adjunct Lecturer,
Adjunct Associate Professor, Post-doc researcher (University of Ioannina, University of Western
Macedonia, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Hellenic Open University, Patras, Greece), post-doctoral
research in eye tracking, art and human coputer interaction (funded by the State Scholarships
Foundation), (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece). Current position: Archaeologist with
specialization in Cultural Informatics (Ministry of Culture and Tourism) and Adjunct Lecturer (Hellenic
Open University, Patras, Greece). She participated in eight research projects, she had nine publications
in scientific journals, eighteen peer-reviewed articles in conferences.


2001: A virtual reconstruction of Quarr Abbey, Isle of Wight and some issues of consideration. MSc in
Archaeological Science/Archaeological Computing from the University of Southampton, U.K.

2008: Promotion of cultural artefacts with the aid of new technologies. PhD in the Inter-departmental
Postgraduate Program, Protection, Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Monuments of the Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

2010: Cultural Informatics: A field of collaboration for various specializations. MA in Museology, Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
