Former director of the Bifröst University Research Centre and have taught Cultural Policy and Management
at Bifröst University since 2004.
Previously worked for the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, the Icelandic Opera and as managing director of
the Icelandic Literature Fund. He holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Policy and Management from City University in
London (Orchestra Audience Development, Aesthetic Theory, Critical Arts Management).
