Brief description of your activity focus
My activities focus on participatory planning and stakeholder collaboration in ecological planning and environmental studies.

Details about Expertise / Competences / Technologies
My doctoral dissertation is about the gap between science and action and investigates how large-scale ecological
objectives are implemented through stakeholder collaboration and local involvement. I am interested in similar topics
that require the collaboration of wide range of partners from different sectors and geographical locations. My other
interests include cultural landscape preservation, nature-based tourism and sustainable urban development.
Promoting community involvement is my main interest in most studies.
I am competent in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I also have extensive experience using
software such as Geographic Information Systems, SPSS, AutoCad and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
I have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
