Gender equality, family, gender and development, gender discrimination, domestic violence, femicide, gender and education, gender and labour market,

 Details about Expertise / Competences / Technologies
• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative sociological research. Experience in intensive fieldwork as
well as sociological project preparation, implementation and evaluation. Qualified in field research, assessment
and stakeholder analysis studies (social impact, need, participation assessment studies, ex-post evaluation studies,
rapid rural assessment and social feasibility studies). Highly experienced in in-depth interviews, questionnaire
design, data analyses (e.g., SPSS), NVivo8, MAXQDA11 as well as graphics-based communication skills. Top-level
knowledge in simple descriptive statistics, graphics presentations, correlation, time series analysis, and
simple/multiple regression. Demonstrable skills in report writing.
• Having 17 years (since 1998) of qualified work experience with and/or within government agencies,
consultancy bodies, international agencies, private sector and NGOs; including experience in World Bank and EU
financed programs and projects.
• Experienced in implementing World Bank’s operational policy on involuntary resettlement.
