I conduct research on gender and reproduction among indigenous women and bilingual education in Argentina

 Details about Expertise / Competences / Technologies
I have a PHD in Cultural Anthropology and conduct research on issues related to gender, sexuality and
reproduction among indigenous women, but also in exploring the role of international borders and ethnic
identity.
I also conduct research and help in the traning of school teachers who work in elementary schools with
indigenous children. I work in developing educational materials in indigenous languages.
Another area of research I conduct is consulting in health issues (such as dengue disease) in northern
Argentina. Another area of expertise is in visual anthropology and the use of photography by indigenous
peoples.
